Convention Sales & Services Opportunities

This confidential calendar outlines each and every event that has been booked in Cincinnati, including all of the meeting planner’s contact information.

Hotels receive leads on bookings and referral services from Convention Services (convention profiles and convention alerts). Plus, you have access to one-on-one meetings with a CVB team member.

Visit Cincy works closely with meeting planners throughout the year through site inspections and familiarization tours. Promote your company by contributing attraction or event tickets, restaurant and retail certificates, or other giveaways.

Prior to large conventions, CVB members receive Convention Alerts via email. Alerts include background on convention groups, social media handles and hashtags, special event calendars, meal schedules and other important information to help members plan staffing levels and promotions.
