To best serve those planning a visit to the Cincinnati region, please submit your event at least three to four weeks in advance of the event date. When submitting your event, please note:
Events should be relevant to someone visiting the Cincy Region (Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky) for a leisure trip.
The event must be open to the public to attend.
The event must take place at a public location within the Cincy Region (approximately a 50-mile radius from downtown Cincinnati). We cannot list events at private residences or events on TV, or radio.
Online/virtual events will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be presented by a company/organization based within the region.
It must have specific time(s) and date(s).
Submitting your event does not guarantee it will be posted on our website. Each event will be reviewed by the Visit Cincy web administrators. You will be notified by email when your event is published or if your event does not meet the submission requirements.
Events meeting these guidelines are generally published within 5 business days but could take longer due to minimal staffing.
