Harriet Beecher Stowe House: Historic site that was once the home of prolific abolitionist and author of "Uncle Tom's Cabin", Harriet Beecher Stowe. This building was then reopened during segregation as the Edgemont Inn, a black-owned inn and tavern listed in the historic Green Book travel guide.
