Welcome Program
Your convention is important to the Cincinnati region, and your delegates will know that from the attention they receive. Prior to the start of citywide conferences, the Convention Services team will work closely with hospitality partners, the Cincinnati Police Department and downtown ambassadors to make sure your guests are welcomed and enjoying the city. Your convention's name will be in lights on the LED Screen at Fountain Square, the center of the city; as well as on LCD screens at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

Visit Cincy, the Cincinnati Convention & Visitors Bureau, has a competent, professional registration staff with proven expertise in all phases of registration. The staff is versatile and knowledgeable in dealing with convention delegates and registration duties.
