The Benefits of Passkey
Passkey provides one-stop "shopping"! The Housing Team can be the planner's "eyes" on the event and take the housing worry off of your plate.
Hotels cannot oversell their contracted block. This can help groups avoid attrition for the remaining contracted hotels.
The Visit Cincy Housing Team has a rapport with the hotels and can work with them to process the housing reservations for groups. Clients can be served while maintaining credibility with hotels.
The meeting planner is able to stay in the loop on how the reservations are coming in. They can be alerted when additional rooms are needed, and the Housing Team will handle the process for them. However, this is only on shoulder night rooms and never peak night rooms.
The meeting planner has 24/7 access to the reports and the planner portal. Room blocks can be tracked on the event dashboard. If the planner does not want to take time to track the blocks, the Housing Team will take care of it for them.
The group will have a dedicated event booking site through Passkey so that attendees can conveniently book hotel reservations online anytime.
Automatic email alerts can be sent to the planner - such as a weekly pick-up report, delegate lists, or an alert when a room block is 80% sold.
Email campaigns can be sent to event attendees to share important information before, during, or after the event.
