Fountain Square Ice Rink
Visiting the ice rink on Fountain Square is an annual tradition for many local and visiting families. You can lace up your skates, take a ride on bumper cars, or do a combination of both! Make your reservations up to two weeks in advance for a 60-minute session. Concessions are available before and after your session. Open November 5, 2022, through February 20, 2023.
Winter Wonderland Ice Rink in Lawrenceburg
Head to Todd-Creech Memorial Park in Lawrenceburg, Indiana to enjoy the outdoor Winter Wonderland Ice Rink throughout the holiday season. The rink is covered and features nearby fire pits to warm up at after. The city also hosts additional holiday events on its Main Street throughout the season. Open November 13, 2022, through January 9, 2023.
Ice Rink at Summit Park
The Summit Park Ice Rink in Blue Ash is conveniently located outside under a glass canopy near the park's restaurants. For inexperienced skaters, free skating aids are available for each session while supplies last. After a spin on the ice, grab a hot chocolate, a DORA beverage, or a meal from one of the four on-site restaurants or the nearby Neighborhoods at Summit Park! Open November 12, 2022, through January 8, 2023.
Ice Skating at Fifty West
Get the blood flowing with ice skating on the new outdoor 40-by-80-foot rink at the Fifty West Burger Bar; then refuel with burgers and craft beer. Cozy up before or after your one-hour session with heated tents, hot cocoa, and fire pits. Ice skating opens on November 5, 2022.
Snow Flake Ice Skating at Winterfest at Kings Island
Winterfest has it all! Skate on the Snowflake Lake Ice Skating Rink, located on the shimmering, majestic Royal Fountain right in front of the Eiffel Tower on International Street. Skating is $17, and advance registration is recommended so that you can get the time slot you want. Select nights Nov. 25 - Dec. 31, 2022.
Deck the Y'alls
Join the fun at the first-ever Deck the Y'alls Lightfest and experience more than 2 million lights, themed areas, holiday shopping, food, a visit from Santa Claus, ice skating, carnival rides, and much more! This event kicks off on November 24 and runs through January 1, 2023. Tickets are on sale now!
Goggin Ice Rink
The Miami University campus ice rink offers public ice skating for guests of all ages. General sessions are available at select times on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Northern Kentucky Ice Center
The only all-year indoor ice rink in Northern Kentucky, Northern Kentucky Ice Center offers general skating lessons as well as figure skating lessons and hockey. During public skating, the ice is open to everyone. The center even has two ice surfaces, including a full-size NHL rink and a smaller studio rink. Public skating is available all week long.
Northland Ice Center
Located north of Cincinnati in Evendale, Northland Ice Center is a year-round indoor rink offering lessons, all-ages hockey, and public skating with DJs and laser effects. The rink is a regulation NHL-size ice surface of 200' by 85'. Public skating is available daily at select times.
Sports Plus
Also located in Evendale, Sports Plus is a huge entertainment center offering tons of activities in addition to ice skating. Basketball, volleyball, and hockey are also enjoyed here, as well as arcade games and a rock wall. Public skating is available at select times Saturdays and Sundays.
