When planning a trip to the Cincy Region, most folks tend to gravitate to some of the city's most famous attractions. From catching a Reds game at Great American Ball Park to exploring Over-the-Rhine's historic streets and shopping at Findlay Market, there's nothing wrong with checking out the heavy hitters. However, if you dig a little deeper and venture just outside of the city limits, you'll find tons of other ways to make memories in Cincinnati.
Located in Loveland, Ohio (approximately 20 miles northeast of downtown Cincinnati), you'll find Blooms & Berries Farm Market, one of the area's most beloved destinations. Situated on a beautiful 61-acre working farm, this farmer's market offers something unique in every season, making it one of the best year-round attractions in the area. Named City Beat's Best Day Trip, Garden Center AND Farm/Pumpkin Patch in 2026, this is a true hidden gem. Here's why you should make a point of checking it out yourself the next time you're in Cincy.
A Convenient Day Trip from Downtown Cincinnati
One of the best things about visiting Blooms & Berries, much like most of Cincinnati's attractions that fall outside of the downtown core, is how easy it is to reach. Loveland is a 25 - 30 minute drive from downtown, making it the ideal half-day excursion for someone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle. Whether you're staying in Cincy or across the river in Northern Kentucky, it's just a quick jaunt up 71-North.
The short drive offers up a refreshing change of scenery. As the skyline fades behind you, soak up rolling farmland, open hills and country roads. You could easily make a whole day out of your visit by adding a stop in historic Loveland and enjoying the incredible Little Miami Scenic Bike Trail.
