New street-level offices will place the region’s destination marketing organization in the heart of Cincinnati’s reimagined Convention District
CINCINNATI (August 12, 2026) – Visit Cincy has signed a lease for new street-level offices and a Visitor Experience Center in the Paycor Headquarters building, placing the region’s official destination marketing organization in the heart of Cincinnati’s reimagined Convention District.
Visit Cincy plans to relocate from its current offices in the Huntington Bank Building in early 2027. The new location will put the organization steps from the reimagined First Financial Center, Fountain Square, downtown hotels, restaurants, attractions, and other destinations frequently used by visitors and convention attendees.
The new space is comparable in size to Visit Cincy’s current offices but will provide a more flexible and collaborative work environment for the organization’s staff. Its street-level location will also give Visit Cincy a more visible and accessible presence downtown.
The move continues Visit Cincy’s longstanding partnership with Cincinnati Center City Development Corp. (3CDC) and supports the organizations’ shared work to attract visitors, investment, and activity to Downtown Cincinnati.
“Moving to a visible, street-level location gives Visit Cincy a new way to connect directly with visitors, convention attendees, meeting planners, and residents,” said Julie Kirkpatrick, Interim President and CEO of Visit Cincy. “This space puts our team at the center of the visitor experience while strengthening our partnership with 3CDC and our shared commitment to a vibrant downtown.”
As part of the move, Visit Cincy will open a new street-level Visitor Experience Center offering information and resources for people exploring Cincinnati and the surrounding region. Visitors will be able to access maps, travel guides, recommendations, and information about local attractions, restaurants, events, and neighborhoods.
The Visitor Experience Center will create an accessible downtown welcome point for leisure travelers, meeting attendees, and convention attendees. Additional details about its services, hours, and potential retail offerings will be announced closer to the opening.
“Visit Cincy is the final piece of the puzzle for this important corner of downtown,” said Christy Samad, Executive Vice President of Civic and Commercial Space Activation for 3CDC. “Its presence will bring additional foot traffic and daily activity to the building while giving visitors a welcoming and accessible resource near the convention center, hotels, Fountain Square, and other downtown destinations.”
Visit Cincy is working with Cincinnati-based architecture and design firm GBBN on the design and buildout of the street-level space. The lease fills the final available space in the Paycor Headquarters building.
