BUILDING THE CULTURE

Taylor Brewer joins Visit Cincy from 3CDC, where she was Vice President of Human Resources since 2016. While there, she oversaw all staff development and talent retention and recruitment, as well as mentoring and training programs; diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives; and building a culture of performance, growth and transparency. She will oversee those same mission-critical strategies at Visit Cincy, tapping her extensive civic experience and community service background to elevate the organization, attract and retain great people, and build a culture to match an ambitious brand vision.

“We’re aggressively building on our new name, new brand and new vision for convention and leisure travel growth, and we must continue to build an organizational culture that prepares and motivates us to meet those challenges head on,” said Calvert. “Deana is the perfect choice to lead that effort, with deep experience in diversity, equity and inclusion oversight and a keen understanding of how to create and build a positive and equitable culture in our organization and our industry.”

Prior to her work at 3CDC, Taylor Brewer was VP of HR for Envision, Cincinnati's premier provider of services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. She also spent 10 years with Cincinnati non-profit Lighthouse Youth Services.
