Key organizational leadership positions added and expanded as Visit Cincy looks to the future
CINCINNATI, OHIO – JANUARY 9, 2023 – Visit Cincy, the Cincinnati region’s destination marketing organization, has added two dynamic and experienced leaders to its executive team. Deana Taylor Brewer, JD, joins Visit Cincy as Vice President of Human Resources & Employee Engagement, and Linda Jeanmougin as Vice President of Finance and Operations. Additionally, several key positions have been expanded and promoted as the organization positions itself for future growth.
“As we continue to emerge from the pandemic and reestablish meetings, conventions and leisure travel as a leading economic engine for the region, it is critical we build back our team with dynamic leaders,” said Julie Calvert, President and CEO of Visit Cincy. “From the development of our headquarters hotel and reimagining of our entire convention district, to our new collaborative approach to promoting the region, generational issues will guide our work and these leaders will help us realize the full potential of it.”
BUILDING THE CULTURE
Taylor Brewer joins Visit Cincy from 3CDC, where she was Vice President of Human Resources since 2016. While there, she oversaw all staff development and talent retention and recruitment, as well as mentoring and training programs; diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives; and building a culture of performance, growth and transparency. She will oversee those same mission-critical strategies at Visit Cincy, tapping her extensive civic experience and community service background to elevate the organization, attract and retain great people, and build a culture to match an ambitious brand vision.
“We’re aggressively building on our new name, new brand and new vision for convention and leisure travel growth, and we must continue to build an organizational culture that prepares and motivates us to meet those challenges head on,” said Calvert. “Deana is the perfect choice to lead that effort, with deep experience in diversity, equity and inclusion oversight and a keen understanding of how to create and build a positive and equitable culture in our organization and our industry.”
Prior to her work at 3CDC, Taylor Brewer was VP of HR for Envision, Cincinnati's premier provider of services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. She also spent 10 years with Cincinnati non-profit Lighthouse Youth Services. Taylor Brewer earned both a bachelor's in Human Resources and a Master's in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Cincinnati. She also earned her law degree from the Chase College of Law in Kentucky. Taylor Brewer was a member of Class 39 at Leadership Cincinnati and currently serves on the Board of Directors for ArtsWave, Findlay Market, The Parks Foundation and Life Learning Center.

At Visit Cincy, she will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including strategy planning, cash management, investments, insurance, payroll, budgeting, reporting, annual audits, and more. She will also direct - administrative, and security operations. With experience in risk management and systems analysis, Jeanmougin will also identify new revenue opportunities and areas of cost reduction and process enhancement.
“Having a solid organizational foundation means having a finance and operations department built on integrity, attention to detail and strategic acumen,” said Calvert. “Linda brings so much experience and stability to maintain our solid foundation and give us the freedom to be creative and innovative as we continue to rebuild and grow.”
Jeanmougin joins Visit Cincy from the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau, where she served as Vice President of Finance since 2018.
