CINCINNATI, OH (For Immediate Release) – As the downtown Convention District undergoes a major transformation, Visit Cincy is launching the next installment of its Meetings Made Cincy initiative with “Beyond the Ballet,” an immersive expo-style experience designed to build meetings and events business across Hamilton County for during the closure of the convention center, and beyond.
The event, held at the new Cincinnati Ballet, brings together more than two dozen venues, attractions, and service providers to highlight the region’s diverse, creative, and flexible meetings industry option.
Attendees will explore unique exhibits and activations throughout the venue, including a bourbon blending station by Willow Run, a make-your-own cannoli bar hosted by The Lytle Park Hotel, and fresh mini waffles cooked onsite by Taste of Belgium. Guests can also take a virtual venue tour through VR goggles from Mercantile Immersive and snap a photo with Reds mascot, Rosie Red. These interactive features complement the expo’s mix of live entertainment, food stations, themed décor, and networking with the region’s top meeting venues and service providers.
