The Visit Cincy CVB will design and publish on VisitCincy.com and customize to your group. The pages can include a personalized welcome, your convention’s venues, hotels, registration links, dining options, and a calendar of local events with downloadable maps. This is offered to your group based on requirements determined by our Convention Services.

Suggested Social Media and Content Support
Get the word out about your upcoming meeting in the Cincy Region with an email template that promotes the highlights of your convention along with registration and hotel reservation reminders. We will also provide content, videos and photos for your event promotions.
Pre-promotion collateral materials
Booking through Cincy allows you to tap into many of our pre-promotion materials. The Visit Cincy brochure can be used to energize your members and delegates about the memorable meeting that is about to take place here. Promotional items may be ordered as giveaways to delegates - anything from pens to pins.

Volunteers and Welcomers
The Welcomers Community Volunteer Network of Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky is a network designed to connect regional residents who enjoy volunteering and welcoming visitors, with local attractions and arts, cultural and special events. The Welcomers Volunteer Network is available to convention groups based on requirements determined by the Convention Services Team.
