Offer valid for new account RFPs and contract(s) signed by 12.31.2022 for eligible 2023 dates using the Duke Energy Convention Center and/or 2+ hotels. Not eligible for definite bookings or existing RFPs.  The offer is subject to change, and some restrictions may apply. Individual hotel and Duke Energy Convention Center terms are subject to availability at the time of the request.

Some hotel incentives are based on actual paid rooms utilized. Hotel guest room rates and attrition terms are determined based on individual hotel discretion considering room needs, date pattern, and other booking factors. Complimentary Rental for up to 6 days at the Duke Energy Convention Center is available with $200,000++ or more Food and Beverage spend at the Center. Discounted rental available starting at $50,000++ or more Food and Beverage.      

The 12% discount is eligible for The Duke Energy Convention Center bookings, and groups with $50,000+ F&B spend and will be applied to the final invoice for F&B, internet, and preferred AV, including all rental, equipment, and services (excluding labor).

Two Delta tickets and airport transfers are offered for bookings with 500+ peak room nights or one ticket and airport transfer for bookings with 250+ peak room nights. Delta tickets are valued at $400 per ticket; additional costs for tickets will be at the organization’s expense. Delta vouchers must be booked by 2/15/2022.
