While we’re a little sad to see summer go, we welcome with open arms football season, sweater weather and fall festivities. Here in the Cincy Region, we celebrate fall with fireworks, festivals, hayrides, music and sports. Here is just a taste of the fun activities you can experience in the month of September.

Celebrating Riverfest

WEBN Fireworks at Riverfest

Western & Southern WEBN Fireworks and Riverfest 

No one says goodbye to summer like we do in the Cincy Region. Head down to Sawyer Point & Yeatman’s Cove down along the Ohio River on September 1 for our yearly regional sendoff party, Western & Southern WEBN Fireworks and Riverfest featuring activities for the family, food vendors and live music. The day caps off with the spectacular display of fireworks presented by Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks.

Riverfest on the Levee

The Kentucky side of the Ohio River joins the Riverfest party at Newport on the Levee on September 1. Come early to enjoy family fun activities, live music and enjoy the Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks at 9 PM.

Oktoberfest in the Cincy Region

Covington celebrates Oktoberfest September 13-15 at Goebel Park in Mainstrasse Village. Bring the family down for activities, live music, beer and delicious German food.

Hailed as America’s largest Oktoberfest, Oktoberfest Zinzinnati returns September 19-22 for a full weekend showcasing our region’s rich German heritage. Sample tasty German cuisine, bust out your best chicken dance moves and root on your favorite dachshund as they participate in the popular Running of the Weiners!

Fall on the Farm at Blooms & Berries Farm Market

Blooms & Berries Farm welcomes you to their annual Fall on the Farm event with family fun activities, a seasonal famers market, petting zoo and hayrides September 14 – October 31.
